A major storage and distribution company in Mexico is seeking: ***JUNIOR PAYROLL ANALYST (IMSS)*** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (student completing degree or graduate). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll positions or social security areas (IMSS). * Knowledge of weekly payroll processes or tax calculations; basic–intermediate NOI system skills (data entry, stamping, credit updates, transactions); IMSS: salary types, SBC, affiliation transactions (IDSE), basic weekly ISR calculation using withholding tables, Infonavit credit: discount factors, credit types (VSM, UMAs, percentage), Fonacot: validation and discount control, basic SUA system handling. * Excel: filters, tables, macros. **Functions and responsibilities:** * Support in preparing the weekly pre-payroll (validation of concepts and calculations, without entering incidents). * Validation of earnings, deductions, and items entered by HR. * Review of Infonavit and Fonacot credit deductions and updating them in NOI. * Support in employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications in IDSE. * Review and support in calculating IMSS contributions via SUA (Junior level). * Stamping CFDI pay slips in NOI and sending them to employees. * Preparation and delivery of weekly payroll reports for accounting (cost centers). * Support in preparing severance payments and settlements. * Follow-up on employee inquiries regarding their payments, maintaining respectful communication. * Filing, control, and safekeeping of payroll-related documents. **We offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the position. * Weekly payments. * Statutory benefits. * Direct employment with the company. * Life insurance. * Food vouchers. * Emotional salary. **Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.** **Work location: FRANCISCO I.
