




We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Assistant to join our team at PRISA Private Security. **Responsibilities:** \- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top candidates according to the company’s needs. \- Post and manage job openings across various platforms (job portals, social media, etc.). \- Field visits to conduct on-site recruitment activities such as flyer distribution, posting job notices, and attending job fairs. \- Conduct telephone interviews with candidates and follow up on interview scheduling. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Business Administration (in progress or completed). Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment and personnel selection. Proficiency in recruitment platforms and social media. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Service-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving objectives.
