Problem-solving ability A telecommunications company is seeking a construction supervisor with field and office work capabilities, experience in isometric infrastructure surveying, problem-solving and decision-making skills. The candidate must be highly organized, prioritize urgent matters, prepare and interpret construction drawings, demonstrate leadership and teamwork, and strictly adhere to health and safety guidelines. Requirements: * Civil Engineering, Architecture Degree, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering * Age between 25 and 45 years old. * Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications or construction. * Availability of time and willingness to travel. Experience in: ❑ Operational experience supervising personnel. ❑ Experience driving standard vehicles with valid driver’s license. ❑ No fear of heights or confined spaces. ❑ Knowledge of drawing interpretation. ❑ Ability to recalculate material quantities. ❑ Preference for fieldwork. Responsibilities: * Receive and validate documentation from the site manager. * Assign work tasks to internal staff or contractors clearly and precisely. * Plan jointly with staff and client according to the received project. * Prepare work commencement annexes and document any potential deviations identified during planning. * Recalculate material quantities based on planning. * Request authorization from the site manager. * Notify commencement of work (to internal staff or contractors, as well as to the client), ensuring all required permits are obtained.
