Position: Faculty Member for the Bachelor's Program in Automotive Mechanical Engineering **Location:** Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico / In-person modality ​Position Objective ​Train future engineers for the automotive sector through theoretical and practical instruction, fostering technological innovation, analytical thinking, and adherence to current industrial safety standards. ​Required Specialization Areas ​We seek faculty members to teach courses in the following areas: * ​**Metrology** * ​**Electromobility** * ​**Automotive Electronics** * ​**Design and Manufacturing** ​Candidate Profile Requirements * ​**Academic Qualifications:** Degree and Professional License in Automotive Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory) * ​**Professional Experience:** Experience in the industrial sector or in highly specialized workshops. * ​**Teaching Experience:** Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate level is desirable. ​Responsibilities * ​**Class Delivery:** Conduct dynamic classroom and laboratory sessions. * ​**Assessment:** Design and administer competency-based assessment tools. * ​**Workshop Practices:** Supervise proper use of tools, automotive scanners, and safety equipment. ​Competencies * ​Ability to convey complex knowledge in a simple manner. * ​Leadership and group management skills. * ​Orientation toward solving technical problems. * ​Professional ethics and punctuality.
