TELEPHONE ADVISOR \- PART-TIME **Location:** Plaza Odara **Position Type:** Part-time What Are We Looking For? * Experience in collections, customer service, or call centers (preferred) * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills * Results-oriented mindset * Availability to work rotating shifts Main Responsibilities: * Telephone collection management * Client follow-up * Payment negotiation * Achievement of goals and performance indicators Work Schedule: * Monday to Saturday * Initial shift: **7:00 am to 1:00 pm** * Quarterly rotation among the following shifts: * 10:00 am to 4:00 pm * 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm * 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm We Offer: * Base salary * Commission scheme * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunities Apply through this channel and join our team.
