**Full Job Description** We are looking for talent with experience as a **Sales Supervisor** **We are seeking talent for the city of SLP**, who will have the opportunity to manage the center’s public relations and thereby ensure that every person with an immediate need to learn English becomes aware of the service we offer for accelerated and practical learning. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that our entire team provides excellent service to all individuals interested in our center, carries out proper follow-up, and accurately informs them about all the benefits and solutions we offer. Likewise, you will be responsible for ensuring that the entire Department maintains excellent organization and execution of all activities, helping us meet all established goals on time and in full—thus enabling you, with clearly defined short-term objectives, to strengthen and achieve all goals set by the center. The ideal candidate for this position has experience in Face-to-Face Sales, Prospecting, Follow-ups, Closings, Telemarketing, Partnerships, Fieldwork, Agreements, Corporate Contact, Installation of Informational Modules, Meeting Objectives and Targets on Time, Supervising Sales Teams, Personnel Management, Identifying Areas of Opportunity, as well as the activities previously described. Someone who enjoys interacting with others, can quickly identify their immediate needs, communicates effectively, handles information proficiently—and most importantly—has a genuine service-oriented mindset toward others.
