What will you do?** As a **Career and Life Advisor**, your main challenge will be to execute Tecmilenio University's promotional plan with partner schools and prospects to establish connections that help increase student recruitment at the campus and achieve established goals. **2\. How will you do it?** Your main responsibilities will include: * Deliver presentations of assigned academic programs, ensuring adherence to the product value-based sales presentation model. * Ensure achievement of weekly enrollment targets and per assigned partner school. * Provide personalized attention to assigned schools. * Conduct follow-up and validation of the database provided by executives. * Ensure participation of retention students in the work plans organized by executives to guarantee commitment from retained enrollees. * Participate in marketing department activities: fairs, events, expos, etc. * Ensure the required number of applicants and admitted students to meet enrollment targets. **3\.
