Job Objective: To administer and control internal store operations, motivating the Logistics, Warehouse, Sales, and Administration teams to achieve commercial and operational goals while delivering excellent customer service and support. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. * Advanced Excel skills * ERP/CRM system experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in: * Basic accounting * Inventory control * Cash handling * Team leadership (teams of more than 15 people) * Retail commercial experience and construction industry experience preferred * Invoicing Competencies: * Leadership * Tactical and operational planning * Effective communication * Teamwork We Offer: * On-the-job training and development * Internal growth opportunities within the company * Collaborative work environment * Biweekly salary payment Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (including one-hour lunch break); Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Sunday off.
