Continuous training and growth opportunities **Nissan San Cristóbal de las Casas** **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Seminuevos Coordinator**, responsible for the administration, control, operation, and marketing of the pre-owned vehicle inventory, ensuring achievement of sales targets, product quality, and customer satisfaction in accordance with brand standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordination of the seminuevos area. * Control and administration of physical and digital inventory. * Supervision of vehicle appraisal, purchase, and acquisition processes. * Monitoring of reconditioning and preparation processes for vehicles. * Sales strategies and inventory turnover. * Supervision of the pre-owned vehicle sales team. * Administrative and commercial reporting. * Compliance with internal policies and brand processes. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field). * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (automotive industry experience preferred). * Knowledge of: * Vehicle appraisal * Purchase\-sale processes * Inventory management * Commercial administration * Leadership and personnel management. * Results orientation and goal achievement. * Organization, responsibility, and decision-making skills. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary. * Performance-based commissions. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Continuous training. * Growth opportunities. **Work Schedule:** Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings.
