




**Job Description:** Description Grupo Delmex, a Mexican company focused on the processing and marketing of steel-derived products for the metalworking and light construction industries, is seeking: **SOUTHEAST SALES COORDINATOR** **Profile** ➢ Education: Professional degree in bachelor’s, engineering fields or equivalent experience. ➢ Flexible availability. ➢ Experience: 3 years in the metalworking and/or construction industry. ➢ Strong communication skills and excellent presentation. ➢ Proficient in Office software. ➢ Willingness to travel (mandatory). ➢ Availability to work Monday through Saturday. ➢ Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. ➢ Customer-oriented with ability to build long-term business relationships. ➢ High capacity for making quick and efficient decisions. Responsibilities * Sales team management: Supervise and coordinate the sales team, ensuring each member meets their goals and objectives. * Development of commercial strategies: Define and implement sales plans. * Client development and business relationships: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and attract new clients. * Market and competition analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. * Negotiation and closing of sales: Actively participate in contract and price negotiations with clients, always seeking optimal profitability for the company. * Reporting and follow-up: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, results, projections, and any other relevant information for the process.
