We seek individuals committed to our mission of transforming lives and supporting economic development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the route officer in operational and administrative activities. Fieldwork (90% of time) and teamwork (100%). Conduct daily routes in the company vehicle across rural areas. Compile files and complete required forms. Cross-check and verify documentation. Support collections management. Follow up with clients and coordinators in assigned localities. Assist in daily operational reporting. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum education: Completed secondary school (with certificate). Minimum 6 months’ experience in customer service or similar activities. Availability of time and willingness to travel frequently during weekdays. Knowledge of standard vehicle operation and valid driver’s license. Preferred age: 22 to 40 years. Gender: Indistinct. Proactive attitude, orderliness, and commitment. WE OFFER: Base salary: $9,500 monthly gross. Monthly performance bonus: $1,700 (guaranteed for 2 months during probation period).
