We are looking for a REVENUE COORDINATOR with experience in the accurate and timely recording of revenue, effective customer management, and coordination of applicable processes, ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, and commercial policies. Position Profile Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Mandatory) Gender: No preference Experience and Knowledge: 1\. Proven experience in revenue accounting 2\. Experience working with self-service / retail channels (not required) 3\. Electronic invoicing and tax regulations 4\. Advanced proficiency in analytical tools 5\. Internal control and auditing Microsoft Office Suite Coordinate and monitor revenue from customer collections. Ensure proper application and recording of sales, discounts, bonuses, returns, and credit notes. Review customer portals and reconcile issued invoices and their addenda. Manage collections with customers to maintain an up-to-date receivables portfolio. Analyze and monitor revenue from self-service and retail chains. Coordinate the monthly accounting close related to revenue. Review provisions for commercial discounts, promotions, and returns. Ensure accurate consolidation and reconciliation of revenue-related accounts. Prepare revenue reports by channel, customer, and category. Analyze revenue variances and trends. Provide relevant financial information to support decision-making.
