




Provide administrative and operational support to the coordination of promoters for various brands within the assigned region, ensuring information control, monitoring of in-store execution, and support for achieving commercial objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Support the coordination and administrative follow-up of the promoter team across various points of sale. * Monitor the correct implementation of campaigns, displays, and promotions through reports and evidence. * Consolidate and update sales, coverage, attendance, and productivity data. * Support training, communication, and field personnel follow-up. * Manage and control routes, schedules, incidents, POP materials, and operational resources. * Maintain constant communication with promoters and internal departments. * Prepare administrative and operational reports for decision-making. * Support the identification of process and execution improvement areas. * Monitor regional coverage (specify states or cities). **Requirements:** * 1–2 years of experience in administrative or operational roles related to promotions, trade marketing, field sales, or retail. * Field team support experience is desirable. * Basic knowledge of point-of-sale execution and report preparation. * Proficiency in Excel (databases, tables, tracking). * Organized, analytical profile with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and service-oriented attitude. * Availability for occasional travel within the assigned area. * Driver’s license (desirable). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with junior-level position. * Statutory benefits. * Training and mentoring for professional development. * Opportunity for advancement to senior coordination positions.
