We work hand-in-hand with **Esquadra Constructora**, our partner company responsible for executing construction projects, to ensure each project is delivered to the highest standards. We are looking for a **Project Coordinator** to serve as a bridge between the developer and the construction company, ensuring each home is built as planned, on time, and according to the customizations requested by clients. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate **home customization**, verifying that engineers and workers properly implement changes and client requests. * **Monitor construction progress**, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and delivery dates. * **Visit construction sites** regularly to inspect quality, cleanliness, progress, and adherence to specifications. * **Prepare quotations** related to modifications or additional construction elements (pools, pergolas, special finishes, etc.). * **Develop and update construction schedules**, in coordination with the engineering and sales teams. * **Manage procedures with Urban Development authorities**, including obtaining permits, construction declarations, and documents required for property title transfers. * Support **coordination between sales, architecture, and construction departments** to ensure smooth communication. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced construction efficiency. **Ideal Profile** * Degree or internship completion in **Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management.** * **Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience** in construction, site supervision, or real estate project coordination. * Basic knowledge of municipal procedures and construction documentation. * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and commercial teams. * Organized, proactive individual with a results-oriented mindset. * Valid driver's license and availability to travel to construction sites. **Work Mode:** On-site **Full-time Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site position
