




**FITSI SAN ANGEL** is seeking an **Operational Coordinator** who wishes to join our team. **Requirements:** * Administrative degree program—currently enrolled or graduated. * Experience managing maintenance, cleaning, and general staff. * Minimum one year of experience in operational coordination or assistant management roles; experience in sports clubs is preferred. **Responsibilities:** Supervise operational staff; manage the club’s shift schedule—either opening or closing shifts—including oversight of maintenance and cleaning personnel, interaction with vendors, tracking purchase orders, and validating payroll-related incidents. Ensure facilities operate correctly at all times. **Area-specific responsibilities:** **Customer Service:** * Follow up on user complaints and suggestions to ensure satisfaction. **Maintenance:** * Ensure proper operation of all club areas, including locker rooms, fitness centers, meeting rooms, reception, sales areas, swimming pool, and equipment. * Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff. * Conduct routine inspections across all club areas. * Delegate, supervise, and verify completion of assigned shift tasks. **Security:** * Monitor and maintain security and civil protection programs. * Activate emergency protocols in case of unforeseen events. **Supervision:** * Review logbooks with area supervisors. * Supervise work performed by maintenance staff, general services staff, trainers, receptionists, and sales staff. **Reporting:** * Opening and closing checklists. * Facility inspection reports. * Development and follow-up of work plans with general services and maintenance staff. * Management of preventive maintenance for equipment via internal control logs. * Maintenance and supply inventories to optimize budgetary resource efficiency. **Personnel Management:** * Conduct interviews to fill open positions. * Address payroll-related incidents. * Hold effective meetings with staff. **Required Skills:** * Leadership * Effective communication * Problem solving * Time management * Decision making **Professional Competencies:** * Customer service * Knowledge of operational processes * Data analysis and evaluation * Adaptability and flexibility * Ethics and professionalism **Rotating Shift Schedule:** Availability required for rotating shifts: 5:00 AM–1:00 PM, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, and/or closing shift 5:00 PM–12:00 AM, Monday through Friday; weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) required.
