To view the job, select ‘Español \- ES’ from the language selector in the page menu.** **Purpose of the Role:** Act as the liaison between Premier Executive Bankers and their clients who hold C\-Level or senior decision\-making positions at companies with annual revenues exceeding MXN 400 million and with a net monthly income of at least MXN 200,000, ensuring the highest service quality standards, continuity of investment strategy, and efficient delivery of solutions when Premier Executive Bankers are unavailable—such as during client meetings or prospecting activities. Provide support in validating operational and administrative controls and processes to ensure high\-quality execution of both client investment and transactional banking activities, consistently maintaining the highest levels of operational integrity required by HSBC Group. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the timely execution of periodic financial portfolio reviews within the established client contact validity period. * Use established Financial Review tools to sustain implementation of agreed\-upon solutions recommended by the Premier Executive Banker. * Support consolidation of strategies aimed at client portfolio acquisition and profitability for clients assigned to their Premier Executive Bankers. * Manage referrals originating from other businesses—including GPB, Wholesale, Premier, Wealth Management, or Personal Banking—using designated tools, and contribute to their effectiveness. * Oversee brand positioning in the market by building long\-term trust\-based relationships with clients. * Contribute to achieving the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets of assigned Premier Executive Bankers. **Requirements:** * AMIB Certification, Category 3. * Uphold the highest standards of professional integrity and ethics, complying with the Code of Conduct, HSBC Group internal policies, applicable labor laws, and financial laws and regulations. * Read the Global Standards Manual (GSM) and Code of Conduct annually. * Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of current regulations and any updates or changes issued by regulators. * Each business and functional manager is responsible for operational risk management—including identification, assessment, mitigation, and control—as well as identifying losses and generating reports in accordance with the Operational Risk Management Framework outlined in the Operations FIM. * All employees are responsible for staying informed about operational risks—or potential risks—in their respective areas.
