




**Job Description** **We are looking for a “Graduation Coordinator”.** **Position Objective: Manage procedures for the deed registration of private units.** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Law and/or related field * **Car required** Experience: · Experience in mortgage loan management and/or deed registration procedures with private and governmental institutions · Registration of housing packages and units · Knowledge of credit schemes · Knowledge of DTU, appraisals · Relationships with notaries and financial institutions Technical knowledge: · Intermediate Office skills · CRM knowledge (desirable) Required personal competencies: * Service-oriented attitude * Commitment–Task completion * Effective communication * Working under pressure * Adherence to regulations Activities to be performed: · Planning of deed registrations. · Compilation of master deed registration file. · Coordination of appraisals. · Drafting of deed documents. · Management of purchase-sale transactions. · Finalization and validation of deed drafts. · Client signature of deeds. **We offer:** Base salary + commissions Supplementary payment: * ***Monthly performance-based bonus $2,000.00*** * ***Monthly food vouchers $900.00*** * ***Commissions equal to 0.05% of total contract sale value*** * ***Bi-weekly gasoline allowance for transportation $800.00*** If you are a passionate individual who identifies with teamwork, honesty, service orientation, efficiency, creativity, and quality Position type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
