We are seeking a **Branch Manager** with strategic mindset and 100% commercial focus, responsible for leading business growth, developing high-performance teams, and ensuring achievement of loan origination and profitability targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure profitability of the assigned branch. * Understand the target segments served by the company to establish strategies. * Timely monitor competitors’ offerings to prevent adverse impact on business unit results. * Attend hearings with CONDUSEF, Public Prosecutor’s Office, and Courts. * Supervise daily results to monitor sales force performance. * Train and develop the sales force. * Develop work plans supported by the Commercial Model to ensure objective achievement, guaranteeing execution. * Expand customer portfolio and encourage repeat loan applications from existing customers to build an effective customer portfolio. * Retain existing customers. * Manage delivery of response files from government agencies. **Profile We Seek:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as manager, coordinator, or sales team leader focused on payroll- and domiciled-based personal loans is mandatory. * Strong results- and variable-income orientation. * Ability to work with goal attainment. **We Offer:** * Base salary: $15,000 gross per month. * Biweekly commissions **WITH NO CAP** (average $5,000 to $20,000\) * Gasoline vouchers ($2,000 monthly). * Statutory benefits. * Continuous training. * Enhanced life insurance. * Work tools. * National and international conventions. * Short-term career growth plan.
