Collaborative teamwork with strategy and content teams **Job Description** We are looking for a **Digital Trafficker** to create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns that deliver tangible results: visibility, registrations, messages, sales, and quotations. We are not seeking a coordinator or director. We want an operational professional who enjoys analyzing data, making adjustments, and improving campaigns every day. You will work alongside the strategy and content team in a collaborative environment. **Responsibilities** * Create and manage campaigns on **Meta Ads and Google Ads**. * Configure audience targeting based on campaign objectives. * Develop ad copy for your campaigns. * Define objectives, budgets, bids, and placements. * Review tracking setup (pixel, events, conversions). * Monitor performance daily. * Report key metrics: reach, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS. * Propose improvements when performance issues arise (e.g., pause campaigns, adjust audience, creative, or landing page). **What You Must Know How To Do** * Understand campaign objectives: reach, traffic, leads, messages, or sales. * Interpret metrics and identify problems (e.g., determine why cost per lead is increasing). * Operate Meta’s Business Manager / Ads Manager. * Create basic Search or Performance Max campaigns in Google Ads. * Conduct A/B tests (copy, hooks, CTAs). * Document all changes made to campaigns. **Nice-to-Have Experience In:** * Custom and lookalike audiences. * Conversion campaigns for e-commerce or lead generation. * Google Tag Manager, GA4, or Looker Studio. * Simple automations (e.g., forms integrated with CRM). * Basic funnels: awareness, consideration, and action. **Ideal Profile** * Minimum 3 years managing campaigns with real budgets. * Results-driven mindset—not just about launching ads. * Organized and strong communicator. * Test-and-learn mentality with continuous improvement. * Team collaboration with design, social media, and project management teams. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Trafficker / Paid Media Specialist. * Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding $10,000 per project. * Operational proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads. * Knowledge of audience segmentation, buyer personas, and customer journey. * Basic familiarity with analytics tools. * Clear, sales-focused copywriting skills.
