**Position: Commercial Coordinator** Mérida, Yucatán Part-time On-site Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day. At EG2 we specialize in developing industrial and residential real estate projects; ranging from parks, warehouses and industrial buildings to residential lots and apartments. **Job Description** At **EG2 Developments**, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Commercial Coordinator**. **Responsibilities** · Prospecting developments to potential customers and/or interested parties. · Closing sales of the real estate products we offer. · Post-sale customer service. · Attending various events on behalf of the company to generate leads and potential sales closures. · Implementing sales methodologies to acquire new potential customers and close sales. **Competencies and Requirements** · Professional appearance and strong verbal communication skills. · Order and structure in work. · Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite. · Effective negotiation and influencing skills. · Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workloads effectively. · Prior professional experience: in real estate development companies within the commercial and/or sales department. · Preferred: Valid Real Estate Advisor License or eligibility for renewal. **We Offer** · Fixed allowance: $5,000.00 monthly · Commissions based on each project. o Ascende Industrial Park: 6% for direct sales. o Hacienda Kapok: 5% for direct sales. o Grid 18 SME Park: 5% for direct sales. · Excellent working environment. · Opportunity for professional growth. · Involvement in high-impact projects.
