A real estate company focused on marketing high-value developments is seeking: **BROKER COORDINATOR** **Job Objective:** To develop, manage, and activate the project’s broker network, ensuring consistent sales generation through this channel via proper training, follow-up, motivation, and broker oversight. Responsible for transforming the broker network into a productive, structured, and commercially aligned channel supporting the development’s business strategy. **Job Offer** **Monthly Salary:** Starting at $15,000 MXN. **Variable Compensation:** Commission based on sales generated by brokers. **Direct Commission:** 1% on sales from the broker channel. **Additional Bonuses:** Volume bonus and broker activation bonus. **Work Modality:** On-site. **Location:** Mérida, Yucatán. **Reports To:** Commercial Director. **Availability:** For visits, events, and travel to other markets such as CDMX and Monterrey. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, broker/channel management, or indirect channel development and commercial relationship building. * Prior experience working with brokers or commercial networks is mandatory. * CRM proficiency is mandatory. * Knowledge of real estate sales operations. * Pipeline management skills. * Understanding of commission structures. * Negotiation and closing techniques. * Profile with strong communication, persuasion, follow-up, discipline, results orientation, organization, control, and conflict resolution skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Recruit active brokers in Mérida, CDMX, and Monterrey. * Train on product, sales process, and value proposition. * Jointly drive closings with brokers and internal teams. * Follow up on leads, appointments, reservations, signings, and deposits. * Manage lead protection and validate sales attribution. * Coordinate commissions, documentation, and commercial follow-up. * Build strong relationships with brokers and enhance channel productivity.
