Main responsibilities: * Monitoring of workload and picking plans. * Ensures standard operating procedures are followed. * Task tracking in the work system. * Communication with transport units, carriers, and internal staff. * Receiving dispatches. * Documentation review. * Invoices. * Dispatch preparation in OTM system. * Interaction with operators. **Schedule:** Shift-based role: 4 working days, 3 days off. * 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. * 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. **Work location:** Tultitlan, Av.
