Direct operators and operational staff to ensure correct processes A prominent cargo transportation and construction company seeks to integrate into its team personnel eager to contribute to personal, professional, and organizational development as: **Transport Coordinator:** Requirements: * Technical professional or completed or incomplete degree program. * Minimum two years’ verifiable experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of roadways and routes within the city of Mérida. * Tractor-trailer operation skills (desirable). Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and direct operators in transportation logistics to ensure timely and proper deliveries. * Supervise and guarantee efficient and high-quality on-time delivery compliance. * Inspect physical conditions of vehicles and equipment upon entering and exiting the yard. * Maintain updated loading and unloading reports for effective information transmission to the administrative department. * Monitor vehicles during transit from origin to destination. * Plan and monitor delivery routes according to priorities. * Supervise operators and operational staff to ensure correct process execution. * Apply checklists to vehicles and equipment scheduled for trips. * Assign and control fuel loading for vehicles based on delivery destinations. * Address operational needs arising during vehicle and cargo transit from origin\-destination. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 hours; Saturday, 09:000 to 14:00 hours; and occasionally rotating shifts Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $13,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
