The operation focuses on optimizing the process and producing high-quality products with good raw materials and excellent finish. **Some responsibilities include:** \- Production and manufacturing of concrete pieces. \- Mix improvement. \- Management and allocation of personnel and resources at the plant. \- Daily production planning. \- Order and cleanliness. \- Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. \- Supervision of operators. \- Quality control. \- Maintenance. \- Continuous improvement. Within the processes, it is important to understand all aspects and perform them well, eventually becoming indispensable in one or more processes to increase your value. Candidates are expected to have at least 2 years of experience in production processes. **Requirements:** * Graduated engineer. * The person must be honest, proactive, and responsible. * Ability to quickly learn various processes. * Resume with updated phone number and email address for immediate contact. * Possession of INE, driver's license, proof of address, and social security documentation.
