We are looking for: **Maintenance Operator** * Flexible availability of working hours * Proactive * Responsible **Knowledge Requirements:** * Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, painting, and carpentry * Experience using electric and manual tools * Physical dexterity and stamina * Minimum 2 years of experience **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in assigned departments and facilities * Verify proper operation of facilities * Carry out general repairs in areas such as carpentry, locksmithing, masonry, painting, among others * Provide timely support to other departments as required * Conduct routine maintenance on units located at various sites * Promptly respond to any emergency situations arising within the facilities * Identify opportunities to optimize resource usage, reduce operational costs, and promote energy savings. * Understand inherent job-related risks and correctly apply corresponding safety measures * Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned areas Work Schedules: * 09:00 am \- 06:00 pm morning shift * 02:00 pm \- 10:00 pm evening shift * Monday \- Sunday * 1 weekday day off Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee referral program * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
