Perform various minor repairs such as adjusting toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and repairing wall holes. Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Comply with all company safety and operational policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete required safety training and obtain safety certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company property. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate their service needs and fulfill them; and assist guests with disabilities. Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to concerns raised by fellow employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Reach above head height and below knee level, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and position objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance. Assist in moving, lifting, carrying, and positioning objects weighing over 100 pounds (e.g., air conditioning units, televisions, dressers).
