




Join our team as Loss Prevention Manager At Suburbia Ixtapaluca, we are looking for a highly competent and committed Loss Prevention Leader to join our team. If you have experience in inventory control, merchandise verification, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, we are looking for you! Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field / Minimum 2 years of experience / Personnel management / Payroll handling Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and participate in cycle counts to ensure accuracy of warehouse stock, identifying discrepancies and taking necessary corrective actions. Generate daily logs and activity summaries, reporting identified deviations and collaborating in inventory management to minimize losses. Verify correct recording of operations in the system, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Conduct random cargo audits to confirm accuracy of billed products and quantities, investigating and correcting discrepancies. Participate in general physical inventory counts, following established procedures and collaborating in resolving discrepancies. Ensure the safety of employees and customers, as well as safeguard store assets by following established processes, aiming to prevent incidents, accidents, thefts, damages, or product shrinkage. Coordinate drills and ensure proper execution of the prevention team according to the contingency manual to prepare for real situations. Maintain updated documentation that verifies compliance with Safety and Hygiene regulations. Responsible for safeguarding and preparing Civil Protection documentation. Requirements: Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in a department store. Solid knowledge of inventory management systems and operational procedures. Analytical skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience in conflict resolution and interaction with middle management and executives. Knowledge and proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office software. Plan and implement necessary security actions to minimize risk situations. Ability to learn quickly and perform duties dynamically.
