An automotive company is seeking a **Yard Supervisor**, with theoretical and practical mechanical experience, as well as leadership and operational control skills, to ensure the proper functioning of the center, supervision of technical staff, and compliance with administrative and operational processes. **Responsibilities:** * Receiving and delivering vehicles to customers. * Supplying spare parts. * Safeguarding equipment and tools at the Service Center. * Supervising technicians to avoid risks and prevent accidents. * Preparing and submitting the monthly UB Logbook report. * Monitoring the completion of checklists and/or service orders. * Submitting daily sales closing and cash flow reports. * Assigning tasks to personnel under supervision. * Managing working hours of personnel under supervision. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: completed high school or technical degree. * Experience in **theoretical and practical mechanics**. * Experience supervising or coordinating staff. * Knowledge of the automotive industry. * Organization, leadership, and sense of responsibility. **We offer:** * Base salary commensurate with experience. * Bonus for achieving goals. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Work schedule: * Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:30 hrs. * Saturday, 09:00 to 16:00 hrs. **Application:** Interested candidates are invited to apply through this channel with an updated CV.
