We are currently recruiting for the position of **TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND APPLICATIONS ENGINEER** within the IT AND INNOVATION department, with the following profile: **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field Minimum 1 year of experience **Experience in:** \* Providing support to service desk users \* Documenting support tickets \* Diagnosing reported faults \* Validating incidents related to internal systems \* Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer equipment. Knowledge of: * Windows operating systems (Linux preferred). * Application and enterprise software support. * Basic networking (LAN, VPN, printers). * User-level database knowledge (preferred). Availability for full-time work and relocation to Baca municipality, Yucatan, for employment purposes.
