We are looking for: **Port Operations Manager** Age: Over 25 years old Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commerce, or related field Experience: 3 years in waste management and business relations; knowledge of commercial maritime operations, cruise ships, and/or environmental regulations is a plus Skilled in communication and building new relationships Willingness to travel **Responsibilities:** \*Administrative office control \*Management, completion, and control of logbooks \*Market expansion in assigned locations \*Supervision and support of service delivery and collection \*Internal and external customer service \*Preparation of reports and performance indicator management \*Sales target achievement responsibility \*Responsibility for directing commercial and operational strategy \*Supervision and follow-up on contract renewals, collections, and subsequent invoices with clients **We Offer** Gross salary of 24, negotiable and subject to increase based on experience Statutory benefits 100% social security contributions Food vouchers Work Location: Office in Progreso and services at the fiscal dock Please ensure your CV is up to date so we can contact you.
