**Job Objective** We are seeking a **Full-Time Audiovisual Content Editor** responsible for end-to-end editing of our podcast ("Sin Manual Podcast" with Rodrigo López), creation of social media clips, and daily video editing for Rodrigo López’s professional and personal projects (@el.rolo), as well as supporting the **research and pre-production preparation** of podcast episodes. This role is critical to building a clear, engaging, and consistent narrative across all our channels. **Key Responsibilities — Podcast** * Full editing of podcast episodes (video and audio). * Audio cleanup, dynamic cuts, narrative pacing, and structural refinement. * Selection and editing of **short clips** for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. * Support in **pre-production**: * Basic research on guests. * Assistance in structuring episodes. * Identification of potential “clip-worthy” moments. **Daily Content — Personal and Business Content (Prolífica Soluciones SAPI de CV)** * Editing of daily videos (vlogs, reflections, processes, construction sites, facilities, etc.). * Format adaptation for social media (vertical / horizontal). * Maintaining a clean, inspiring, and professional aesthetic (non-commercial). * Support in clip selection, pacing, and storytelling. **Creative Support** * Proposing clip ideas, hooks, and formats. * Ensuring visual and narrative brand consistency. * Organizing files, episodes, and clips. * Maintaining ongoing communication with the team for adjustments and improvements. **Ideal Profile** * Video editor focused on **digital content and storytelling**. * Experience editing podcasts and social media content. * Sensitivity to pacing, emotion, and narrative—not just cutting. * Interest in topics such as: * Entrepreneurship * Business * Creativity * Real-world processes (day-to-day operations of a company) * Organized, responsible, and proactive. * Ability to work autonomously. **Technical Requirements** * Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro** (mandatory). * Basic knowledge of After Effects (preferred). * Strong audio handling skills (equalization, cleanup, level balancing). * Experience editing for the following formats: * Reels / Shorts / TikTok * YouTube (long-form videos) * Ability to meet recurring daily deadlines. **Work Modality** * **Full-time** * Remote / hybrid (adjustable) * Flexible schedule, but with clearly defined daily deliverables **What We Offer** * Stable, long-term employment. * Direct involvement in real, growing projects. * Creative freedom within clear guidelines. * Opportunity to grow alongside an expanding brand and its projects. * A creative, professional environment focused on doing things right.
