The company provides leads; the focus is on converting them into closed deals through operational execution and control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Daily follow-up with advisors (calls, appointments, property visits, and closings) * CRM usage and management (pipeline, tracking, and metrics) * Individual and team performance measurement * Commercial process auditing * Accompanying advisors during appointments and closings * Ensuring proper lead handling and conversion **Requirements:** * Experience in sales and real estate * 2–3 years leading and coordinating sales teams * CRM proficiency * Personal vehicle * Results-oriented approach and operational follow-up **We Offer:** * Base salary: $15,000 MXN * 10% commission on closed transactions * Leads provided by the company * Growth opportunities based on performance **Important:** Applicants must submit verifiable performance results from previous teams (e.g., monthly sales or transaction volume).
