Position Objective Coordinate and ensure efficient treasury operations through cash flow control, payment scheduling, and liquidity risk management, guaranteeing compliance with financial commitments and adherence to internal policies. Key Responsibilities * Administer and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow * Schedule and execute payments to suppliers, contractors, and taxes * Supervise bank reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies * Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial reports * Promptly identify and alert on liquidity risks * Coordinate with the accounting department for monthly closings * Monitor accounts receivable and portfolio recovery * Manage electronic banking and bank accounts * Administer petty cash, reimbursements, and advances * Propose improvements to treasury processes and controls Required Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (degree required) Experience: * Minimum 3–5 years in treasury functions * Experience in cash flow management, payments, and reconciliations * Prior experience in real estate or construction industry preferred Technical Knowledge: * Cash flow management * Electronic banking (multi-bank) * Bank reconciliations * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, forecasting) * ERP systems (Contpaq, Enkontrol preferred) * Accounts payable and receivable Key Competencies * High sense of responsibility and confidentiality * Organization and control * Analytical ability * Decision-making under pressure * Clear communication with executive-level personnel * Proactivity and results orientation We Offer * Competitive salary (to be determined based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Opportunities for professional growth within the company Salary: $20,000.00 – $22,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
