Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the sales advisor team. * Follow up on prospects and business opportunities. * Implement strategies to achieve sales targets. * Monitor business metrics and team performance. * Support the team in major sales closings and negotiations. * Prepare sales results reports and forecasts.
