Location: Mérida, Yucatán. **Job requirements** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 1\-2 years in reconciliations, accounts receivable, or billing (ideally in ecommerce or retail). **Knowledge:** * Experience with payment platforms (Mercado Pago, PayPal, Conekta, etc.). * Electronic invoicing (CFDI 4\.0\). * Intermediate\-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, reconciliations). * Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative control. **Skills:** * Attention to detail. * Organization and follow-up. * Analytical thinking. * Ability to detect inconsistencies. * Effective communication with sales and accounting departments. **Job responsibilities** * Perform weekly reconciliations between payment gateways (Mercado Pago, PayPal, Stripe, etc.) and bank deposits. * Create and review invoices, ensuring proper issuance and registration. * Identify discrepancies between sales reports and bank transactions, and manage them with the relevant department (accounting or sales). * Collaborate with the accounting and administrative departments in the monthly closing of sales and reconciliations. * Maintain detailed tracking of payment gateway transactions and reports. **Benefits and additional perks** * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
