




Position Summary: Primary responsible for the operation and management of property services, maintenance, supply, and vendor operations, including budgetary control and customer service. Our entrepreneurial culture empowers our people to deliver their best and collaborate with specialists worldwide to maximize every opportunity and lead the industry. **MAINTENANCE AND FACILITIES SUPERVISOR – HVAC & REFRIGERATION** **Position Purpose:** Primary responsible for the facility operations of assigned properties, managing all operational services, maintenance, supply, and vendor activities related to such properties. A core part of this role involves budgetary control for assigned properties, processing payment requests, and overseeing compliance with requirements (tickets) generated across the portfolio. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of assigned properties. * Ensure effective customer service delivery aligned with project requirements. * Respond to, coordinate, and supervise operational emergencies at properties. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and HVAC systems. * Carry out administrative procedures and property-related management tasks on behalf of the client, as required. * Coordinate and oversee service provision at properties, including coordination and supervision of vendors. * Develop overall and area-specific budgets jointly with the team, and monitor budget execution. * Manage payments related to property services. * Maintain inventory control for assigned properties. * Prepare and process fund requisitions and expense reports for approval and submission to the relevant department. * Maintain up-to-date vendor lists as needed, along with insurance coverage tracking, maintenance contracts, and emergency contact lists. * Maintain contract files with vendors in coordination with the team. * Input assigned portfolio information into the system and track its configuration. * Prepare monthly reports. * Coordinate, supervise, and develop Operational Activity Plans. * Conduct property user satisfaction surveys. * Establish, supervise, and ensure compliance with KPIs across the entire property. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical Engineering or Building Services) or incomplete bachelor’s degree. * Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising maintenance for 20+ properties. * Flexible working hours. * Willingness and ability to travel. * Personal vehicle required. **You will receive:** * Base salary of $25,000 gross * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Life Insurance If you meet the profile, please apply through this channel, attaching your updated CV with photo in PDF format.
