INDUSTRY: REAL ESTATE **Job Objective:** Supervise and coordinate activities related to construction projects, repairs, and maintenance of required properties. Plan, organize, and lead the technical team, ensuring proper execution of construction and maintenance work according to quality standards, scheduled timelines, and applicable regulations. Additionally, manage human and material resources assigned to the department. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Coordinate and supervise masonry, plumbing, electrical installations, renovations, and general maintenance work on properties. \- Plan technical team tasks and manage resource allocation and scheduling. \- Hire and supervise third-party services or contractors when necessary. / Supplier follow-up \- Monitor compliance with occupational safety regulations and working conditions for staff. \- Manage inventory and procurement of materials, tools, and equipment. \- Administer and monitor attendance, schedules, performance, and compliance of personnel under supervision. \- Maintain an up-to-date database of completed and pending maintenance activities across properties. \- Prepare periodic reports on progress, costs, operational needs, and improvement suggestions, etc. $16,000.00 plus bonuses Job Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (preferred) Experience: * Personnel management: 4 years (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
