Position Summary: Carpentry Site Manager responsible for planning, executing, and supervising on-site installation projects, coordinating teams and managing quality and delivery timelines. Key Highlights: 1. Leads and supervises installation teams in real estate developments. 2. Ensures quality and on-time delivery in carpentry projects. 3. Manages relationships with residents and clients during installation. **BAUM** Carpentry industry focused on manufacturing **doors, closets, vanities, and kitchens for real estate developments.** **WE ARE SEEKING:** ***CARPENTRY SITE MANAGER*** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Actively participate in the planning and execution of on-site installation projects, aligning delivery timelines with the company’s operational objectives. * Coordinate and supervise installation teams across various real estate developments where projects are carried out. * Define objectives, scope, schedule, and resources required for proper installation execution. * Monitor and control on-site progress, implementing corrective actions as needed to meet established timelines. * Coordinate logistics for material delivery from the plant to construction sites. * Supervise the proper installation of doors, closets, kitchens, and other products manufactured by the company. * Manage relationships with site residents, supervisors, and clients throughout the installation process. * Prepare periodic progress, incident, and delivery reports for company management. * Supervise compliance with quality, safety, and delivery timeline standards on each project. *REQUIREMENTS:* * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. * Minimum **2 years of experience in site supervision or installation coordination**. * Experience coordinating field work teams. * Willingness to travel. *SKILLS:* * Analytical and mathematical thinking. * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure. * Teamwork. * Excellent communication skills. * Attention to detail. * Personnel management. *WORK SCHEDULE:* * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM. * Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. *WE OFFER:* * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT). * Additional company-provided benefits. * Direct employment contract with the company. * Salary: $20,000 to $25,000 net monthly (biweekly payment). * Your birthday is a paid day off!
