Effective skills in attracting commercial talent. 2\. Design and implement effective candidate attraction strategies, including job fairs, social media, university partnerships, and digital platforms. 3\. Responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting highly qualified talent for the insurance sector. 4\. The role requires a proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to manage recruitments across multiple regions of Mexico while maintaining a long-term network of qualified talent. 5\. Post job openings and manage the recruitment process from resume reception to hiring. 6\. Conduct competency-based interviews, psychometric evaluations, and employment reference verifications. 7\. Follow up on new agents' adaptation and collaborate with the training department for their initial onboarding. 8\. Monitor and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and effectiveness of sourcing channels. 9\.
