The Talent Acquisition and Culture Leader will be responsible for designing and executing corporate-wide talent attraction strategies and programs, as well as ensuring our organizational culture is strong and promoted throughout the company. You will work closely with human resources teams, managers, and leaders across various departments to identify the company’s talent needs and develop effective solutions to attract and retain top professionals. Key responsibilities and functions: * Design and implement talent attraction strategies to attract and retain highly qualified professionals. * Lead and manage the recruitment and selection process, from profile identification, job postings, candidate evaluation, to hiring decisions. * Collaborate with managers and leaders across different areas to understand and define the company's talent needs. * Develop and implement training and development programs that strengthen the skills and competencies of our employees. * Promote a positive work environment focused on employee well-being. * Ensure the organizational culture is shared and fostered at all levels of the company. * Provide guidance and advisory support to various teams on talent management and organizational culture topics. Requirements: * Proven experience in recruitment and selection. * Knowledge of training and development programs. * Skills to promote a positive and collaborative work environment. * Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * Results-oriented and able to work under pressure. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
