REQUIREMENTS: \- Bachelor's degree in administration, psychology or related field. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment roles. \- Experience in operational and administrative recruitment. \- Availability for operational work. \- Ability to manage multiple recruitment sources. \- Strong communication skills. \- Proactivity. \- Proficiency in Excel. \- Must live near the work location.
