**Human Resources Manager – Medical Clinic in Mérida, Yucatán** A medical clinic with presence in Mérida is seeking to add a **Human Resources Manager** to its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the administrative and operational processes of the department, ensuring legal compliance, payroll efficiency, and strengthening the work environment. This is a key position within the organization that requires autonomy, commitment, and a strong sense of responsibility. **\|Main Responsibilities** * Administer **employee registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS**. * **Calculate and validate payroll**, ensuring accurate and timely payments. * Manage procedures with INFONAVIT and follow up on labor requirements. * Supervise attendance records and time clock usage. * Coordinate **internal communication and workplace climate activities** (birthdays, announcements, training sessions, etc.). * Implement and monitor **staff KPIs**. * Support recruitment efforts and matters related to **Conciliation and Arbitration**, in coordination with the legal department. **\| Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology, Business Administration, or related field**. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in a similar role. * Solid knowledge of: IMSS, INFONAVIT, incident management and payroll, application and evaluation of KPIs. * Proficiency in **Office software suite**. * Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. **\| We Offer** * **Net monthly salary:** $12,000 to $17,000 (depending on experience). * **Statutory benefits from day one** (IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation, Christmas bonus). * **Private medical care** as an additional benefit. **\| Schedule and Location** * Monday to Friday from **9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * Saturday from **9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** * **Colonia Felipe Carrillo Puerto, Mérida, Yucatán.** ***Only candidates with verifiable Human Resources experience will be considered.*** Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount Work location: On-site
