* Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software and CRM Systems.
* Compensation experience in a BPO or staffing environment is preferred.
* Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) are a plus.
