




**Job Description** The engineering associate will support the team in administrative and operational tasks related to managing solar panel installation projects in the United States. This role serves as a key liaison for organizing and documenting internal processes, ensuring compliance with standards and delivery timelines. **Responsibilities:** * Support documentation management for solar panel installation projects. * Prepare and update operational and technical reports in Excel and other tools. * Coordinate communication among internal teams for information gathering. * Assist in reviewing and controlling technical and administrative documentation. * Track internal processes to ensure proper project execution. * Support preparation of presentations and reports in English and Spanish. * Other administrative tasks related to the engineering department. **Requirements:** * Student in the final semesters of an engineering program or recent graduate (Industrial, Renewable Energy, Mechatronics, or related field). * Basic-to-intermediate English proficiency (ability to read and draft emails and technical documents). * Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. * Proactivity and capacity for rapid learning. **We Offer:** * Learning opportunity within an energy-sector company. * Hands-on experience in operating solar energy projects in the U.S. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Social Security, Medical Insurance, and Maternity/Paternity Insurance (SGMM) (effective after 3 months) * Food vouchers * Monday–Friday work schedule Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
