




**General Purpose** Sell the company's products and services that meet the needs of new customers to achieve the company's business growth. **Main Responsibilities** * Meet assigned sales targets by prospecting, diagnosing, presenting, quoting, and selling our services to meet customer needs. * Follow established procedures for the sales department, including recording sales opportunities and tracking them in the company's CRM system. * Maintain constant communication with the assigned customer base to keep them informed about the company's services and identify new sales opportunities. * Provide documentation related to economic proposals, project delivery, legal procedures, and customer collections to the respective departments according to established policies, guidelines, and procedures. * Coordinate communication between customers and different departments within the company to ensure proper service delivery and customer satisfaction. * Manage billing and collection for all sales made and for the assigned portfolio. * Work collaboratively with various departments to resolve issues that could affect the development of the sales area and achieve business goals. * Perform any other tasks assigned by the sales manager. * Stay professionally updated on regulations related to the company’s services, products, and procedures. 10.
