Innovation- and collaboration-focused work environment. **Purpose of the Role** Ensure product and process compliance with INDEKO’s technical and regulatory standards. The incumbent will be responsible for verification, documentation, and analysis of indicators to ensure continuous improvement of the quality management system. **Main Responsibilities** * **Quality Control:** Validate that products meet technical specifications prior to release. * **Operational Inspection:** Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional tests on production lines. * **Non-Conformance Management:** Prepare reports and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). * **Document Control:** Maintain up-to-date procedures, work instructions, and system forms. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Promote Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at the plant. * **Auditing:** Participate in internal and external audit processes by providing evidence. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related technical degree. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in quality control, assurance, or manufacturing. * **Technical Knowledge:** ISO 9001:2015 (DESIRABLE), use of measurement instruments and data analysis tools (Excel). * **Skills:** Effective communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving orientation. * **Language:** Technical English (ability to read manuals). **Compensation and Benefits** * **Monthly Salary:** $12,000.00 – $14,000.00. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, vacation, year-end bonus). * **Culture:** Innovation- and collaboration-focused work environment.
