Document management and shipment monitoring At RG WORLDWIDE, we are a logistics and customs brokerage company seeking committed professionals eager to grow both professionally and personally. * **Position:** Pricing & Logistics Coordinator * **Department:** Logistics & Pricing * **Objective:** Coordinate and execute national and international logistics operations (air, ocean, and land), ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, service quality, and proper documentation management, thereby contributing to the company’s profitability and operational efficiency. * **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Request, analyze, and negotiate transportation rates with carriers. * Prepare quotations ensuring margin and operational viability. * Coordinate shipments from confirmation through final delivery. * Monitor transit and anticipate potential operational issues. * Maintain proactive communication with clients and carriers. * Prepare periodic status, transit time, and performance reports. * Verify accurate integration of logistics documentation. * Track incidents and propose operational solutions. * Comply with internal policies and departmental procedures. * **Authority Level and Decision-Making:** * Negotiate rates within parameters authorized by Management. * Select pre-approved carriers. * Propose alternative logistics solutions to optimize costs or transit times. * Escalate critical incidents to the immediate supervisor. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, data analysis). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Basic knowledge of transportation modes. * Intermediate or advanced English (preferred). Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,384.47 – $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
