




Job Summary: Provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, with a focus on training management, record control, and monitoring of development plans. Monitoring of development plans and managerial support The purpose of this position is to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, with special emphasis on training management, record control, monitoring of development plans, and direct support to HR Management to ensure compliance with training programs, internal regulations, and improvement of staff performance. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA). * Develop and update the annual training program. * Coordinate course logistics: venues, attendance lists, materials, certificates. * Maintain training files per employee. * Record evidence and generate reports for audits. * Monitor course evaluations (reaction and learning). B. Administrative Support to HR * Assist in preparing indicator reports (turnover, absenteeism, training, incidents). * Update personnel databases. * Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee hiring processes. * Draft official letters, memoranda, and internal communications. * Safeguard physical and digital files. * Control of forms, policies, and procedures Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related field 1–2 years of experience in HR or training Proficiency in Excel and document control Position Type: Full-time, probationary period Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $10,000.00 – $10,500.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
