Job Functions or Activities. 1. Handle assigned Service Reports promptly and on time 2. Report on services entering Shipment Control 3. Make timely phone calls to customers regarding shipments entered into Shipment Control 4. Generate reports for shipments requiring them 5. Daily physical reconciliation of delivery manifests and returns for local routes Requirements Education: High School or Technical Degree in Administration or related field Customer Service: 6 months experience Problem-solving, personnel management Office Software: Basic level.
