Ensure proper inventory management, control, and reliability at branch locations by conducting physical and documentary audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and controls established by the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct physical inventory audits at branch locations. * Validate proper execution of cycle counts and full counts. * Review and analyze inventory discrepancies (shortages and overages). * Audit merchandise transfers between branches and distribution centers. * Verify that inventory movements are properly recorded in the system. * Identify inconsistencies, potential shrinkage, or operational deviations. * Evaluate compliance with internal policies and procedures. * Prepare audit reports containing findings, risks, and recommendations. * Follow up on action plans arising from previous audits. * Propose improvements to internal controls related to inventories.
