




Job Summary: This role ensures inventory management, control, and reliability at branch locations through physical and documentary audits, guaranteeing compliance with policies and procedures. Ensure proper inventory management, control, and reliability at branch locations by conducting physical and documentary audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and controls established by the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct physical inventory audits at branch locations. * Validate proper execution of cycle counts and full counts. * Review and analyze inventory discrepancies (shortages and overages). * Audit merchandise transfers between branches and distribution centers. * Verify that inventory movements are properly recorded in the system. * Identify inconsistencies, potential shrinkage, or operational deviations. * Evaluate compliance with internal policies and procedures. * Prepare audit reports containing findings, risks, and recommendations. * Follow up on action plans arising from previous audits. * Propose improvements to internal controls related to inventories.
